Feasibility Study
The extent of 'feasibility studies' varies from project to project. They may include:
- Investigations into Planning and other restrictions on the site
- Site history, including recent Planning history.
- Site appraisal.
- Outline proposals to establish whether the required accommodation can fit on the site, and possible layouts.
- Preliminary costings.
- Sometimes, we are also asked to produce 'artist's impressions,' drawings or computer models at this stage, to enable discussions with Planners, funders etc.or for publicity.
