Broadmayne Surgery
JSCP were appointed to produce a new village surgery for Broadmayne and its surrounding parishes to enable the progression and expansion of the existing services offered.
A new site on the edge of the village boundary provided the opportunity for the development, with good vehicular and pedestrian access from the village. The site has been 'defined' by a newly planted hedgerow and tree scheme in accordance with the Planning Conditions.
The building has been designed to fit into the surrounding area, with traditional materials used in its construction: brick, slates and timber joinery. Internally, all the required space and circulatory areas for this modern day surgery have been provided, with a generous waiting area, consulting rooms, dispensary, office space, staffing facilities and public amenities.
