JSCP can undertake your project from analysis of the site or existing building and initial free-hand sketch designs through to planning permission, building regulation approval, preparation of detailed drawings and specifications for tendering, site inspections, certification of valuations and final certification.

We are happy to tailor our service to your needs. We are often appointed to undertake a distinct piece of work. This ranges from feasibility studies to support a business case, or to enable cost estimates to be made, to ‘permissions only’ appointments up to and including the receipt of the required Statutory approvals for your project.
