It is always a delight to undertake work for an individual Client on their own house. Each Client brings their own aspirations and ideas, and so no two projects are the same. We aim to work in close collaboration with our Clients; to understand their needs, and motivations to create a design which is delightful and responsive to the Client and the site.
We are often approached by Clients that have an existing house that no longer meets their needs, or that they wish to add value to. By evaluating the existing structure, the way it is used, the site etc, we can advise our Clients of various options for consideration. Sometimes the solution is to extend, sometimes it is to optimise the use of existing spaces. We aim to give impartial advice: we will advise, for example, if it does not make economic sense to extend.
We are pleased to be able to take on a range of work, from small extensions to large new houses. Every Client is equally important, and we give detailed consideration of each client’s needs to every project.
